Hello, my name is Paul and I would like to offer you a warm welcome to my new recreation and sports blog. I was inspired to start this blog by my trainer at the local gym. I didn't use to like exercise, but last year my wife made some comments about my weight which really upset me. I made contact with a chap at my local gym and asked if I could take part. He signed me up for various sports classes so I could find out what I liked. I am now a member of the soccer team. I am happy and I have lost weight. I hope you like my blog.
